How Does It Work?

U Remove is a carefully formulated, stable liquid suspension that contains bacterial spores that are harmless to humans. When the product is added to urine soilage, the bacteria begin to grow and, in the process, consume the organic waste matter that is present. This matter gets broken down ultimately into carbon dioxide and simple water-soluble molecules. As a result, this process stops the growth of bad-smelling bacteria by removing their food supply making U Remove an excellent odour neutraliser and stain remover. It also contains a pleasant fresh fragrance for added product appeal.

For Use On…

U Remove is designed for use on carpets and fabrics but can be used on hard surfaces as well. Because U Remove is biologically active, it must not be mixed with disinfectants, sanitisers, hot water or strong chemicals as these materials will deactivate the good bacteria that are present and needed for the product to work.

Application: Before you begin, first ensure the area is dampened with cold water. This will encourage healthy conditions for the product to work most effectively.   Test for colourfastness on an out-of-the-way area of the carpet or fabric. Make certain that no colour dyes on the fabric are affected.  Shake the bottle well before use. 

Spot Treatment (Carpets & Fabrics):  Remove any solids and blot away any liquid with an absorbent cloth. Dampen the area with cold water then use U Remove neat (do not add water). Spray or pour U Remove onto the soiled or bad-smelling area and work it in with a cloth. Leave to activate for 5 minutes, then wipe away any excess liquid. Do not rinse. Allow the surface to air dry. Repeat the process, if necessary, until the odour and staining have been removed.  

Carpet Cleaning: Clean carpet with hot water extraction. Do not use any chemicals. Shake well before use. Ensure the carpet is still damp then use U Remove neat (do not add water). Spray U Remove over the affected carpet spots. Allow to air dry.

Spot Treatment (Hard Surfaces): Dampen the area with cold water then use U Remove neat (do not add water). Spray or pour U Remove onto the soiled or bad-smelling surfaces and work it in well with a mop or cloth. Leave to activate for 5 minutes, then wipe away any excess liquid. Do not rinse but allow it to dry slowly. This gives time for U Remove to consume the soils. Repeat this process as necessary until the odours are gone.
