Worth it. Effective product.I used these occlusive seals on trauma victims today, after my agency ran out and I had to purchase my own...Pro: smaller packaging than many other brands due to double folding of the seal itself (actually fits in my pocket and trauma kits better). This is important when using IFAK kits or having limited space.Pro: the seal itself is a large size and has great adhesive power even with liquids and blood on skin.Pro: the gauss wipe is large enough that it was easy to hold without dropping during stress and did its job of clearing the skin of gunk.Pro: the seal is a reasonable thickness, thicker than some other brands I've used. The advantage here is that it felt solid and I didn't worry that it would tear. Also, it was stable enough that when I peeled back the clear cover to expose the adhesive surface, the wind didn't blow it over on itself (which is the worst when that happens).Pro: it's easy to peel off the adhesive while wearing gloves.Con: ... I'm having trouble coming up with a con.Great product. I've never seen any advertisements for this brand (Rhino Rescue) but I've now used several of their products and have been impressed each time. I liked this so much I actually took the time to write a review so that says a lot coming from me.Iadjusted my rating because I did open the packaging and inside there was 2 individual Loy wrapped chest seals so I recommend opening up that first package incase of emergency it’s one less thing to deal withIf your trained on how to use this, this is a must have for your first aid kit.
